The Grange Lifecare Village in Mosgiel

KB Contractors a currently working on The Grange Lifecare Village in Mosgiel. The retirement village is an extensive undertaking, the 20ha site has approximately 380 units, a hospital and a dementia ward, along with a wide number of proposed leisure activities including indoor bowls, a cinema, café, hairdressers and more. 

KB Contractors are undertaking all the civil works on the project including drainage, roading and earthworks. We are currently working on the house pads and villa pads (as there is a range of housing options including villas, apartments and care rooms). Once complete, the village will house up to 450 residents. The project is set to be built over five stages over the next seven to ten years and is estimated to cost somewhere around $100 million. You may have noticed civil works commencing on your way to Dunedin Airport, as it’s located on Main South Road between Cemetery Road and Elizabeth Ave. We’re happy to be part of a project that is bringing luxury lifecare facilities to the area and contributing so positively to the Mosgiel-Taieri community.
