Established in 1985, KB Contractors have been involved in a wide range of projects including the installation and maintenance of Dunedin gas and water reticulation, telecommunications networks and drainage works. We are specialists in trenchless technology. Beginning with thrust boring, KB Contractors now specialise in a wide range of trenchless technology including directional drilling, pipe ramming and in situ pipe bursting. Excavating, butt and fusion welding and hydro excavation also support our business offering. 

Operating throughout Otago and Southland, KB Contractors are accredited contractors with Dunedin City Council, Invercargill City Council and Waitaki District Council. With over 50 experienced and qualified staff, we have a strong focus on health and safety. We are members of Civil Contractors New Zealand, SiteWise, Site Safe, and ConstructSafe.
